Professional Learning and Development
Professional learning and development can include formal and informal activities to increase knowledge, skills, and abilities to help improve performance in present or future roles. The Nowell Research Lab works collaboratively with key stakeholders to examine and implement best practices in professional learning and development to meet the diverse needs of students, academics, and other professionals.
Professional Learning and Development of Postdoctoral Scholars
Many postdoctoral scholars seek professional learning and development opportunities to prepare for diverse careers, roles, and responsibilities. We collaborated with postdoctoral scholars, postdoctoral supervisors, and industry representatives to develop an evidence-informed framework for professional learning and development of postdoctoral scholars.
